Part Time Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of our products, including latest fashion trends, materials, and sizing to assist customers effectively.
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, offering guidance and product suggestions while promoting current promotions.
  • Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, including restocking and arranging products as needed.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system and handle exchanges and returns efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or a related field.
  • A passion for fashion and a good understanding of current trends and styles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.
  • Additional languages spoken beyond English is a plus.
